What we do for you
For on-site maintenance days the Employees pre-register their bikes in advance through the company. Once at least 15 bikes are booked, our experienced team comes on the agreed date and carries out the agreed services and repairs directly on site.
Each bike receives a short service record with a checklist of what was inspected and clear recommendations for items that should be checked in future (if we could not complete them on site).
Spare parts that are not available on site will be ordered in advance or we take the bike to our premises for completion and return it after the repair.
Ideal for: Special bike weeks (like Bike to Work), health days, campus events or special company days.
On-site maintenance days — fully organised
Our fleet service is designed for fleets from 20 bikes: we carry out regular service work at defined intervals, prioritise repairs, keep stock and order required spare parts in advance. You pay a flat fee and don’t have to worry about ever changing costs.
Our logistics minimise downtime: missing parts are procured in advance or affected bikes are collected, professionally serviced and returned.
This model is particularly suitable for organisations with high utilisation rates.

Execution: CycleLab is on site — each bike is handed over with a digital service record. For larger repairs we collect bikes, service them in Zurich and return them after completion.

At CycleLab Zürich, we make sure every bike — and every rider — gets exactly the service it needs. Employees can choose from three standardized packages, tailored to different requirements and levels of care.
Standard Service – Ensures that bikes are road-safe and ready to ride.
Complete Service – A balanced package combining comfort and performance, with thorough checks and deep cleaning.
Premium Service – For those who demand top precision and performance, ideal for ambitious riders and high-end bikes such as Canyon, BMC, or Cube.
Our head mechanic usually recommends the Complete Service, as it goes beyond essential safety checks and ensures the bike runs smoothly in every detail. Of course, we carefully inspect each bike individually and will always notify employees if additional work on specific components is needed.
