DEPUTY WORKSHOP MANAGER

Orlando is our Deputy Workshop Manager and brings 18 years of experience to the workshop. He has been working as a passionate bicycle mechanic ever since his apprenticeship and knows all bike types inside out. His heart beats especially for sport bikes — from TT and road bikes to gravel builds. With his calm and precise approach, Orlando makes sure every bike gets the care it deserves.

FRONTDESK AND ADMIN

Eve keeps the front desk, admin and business side of CycleLab running smoothly. She listens, pays attention, follows through and makes sure things actually get done. Calm, sharp and always one step ahead – basically the secret weapon every growing business needs.

BIKE BUILDER

Leon is our Canyon kid and the one behind all those shiny new bike builds. With lots of heart, sharp eyes and a serious soft spot for beautiful bikes, he makes sure every new ride is assembled with care and ready for its first adventure.

MECHANIC

David’s been wrenching on bikes for over 10 years, with a soft spot for classic steel frames and the soul they carry.

A true expert in trekking and e-bikes, he blends old-school passion with modern tech to keep every ride dialed.

MECHANIC

Daniel isn’t your average mechanic – he’s an autodidact who once kept entire Specialized fleets rolling. His sweet spot? Gravel rigs, road rockets and fully loaded bikepacking machines.

And when he’s not in the workshop, he’s out racing the Silk Road, grinding through adventure races – the kind of stuff that makes Ironman look like a warm-up.
