You decide whether to drop off your bike yourself or use our free pickup and return service (for orders over CHF 150, Zurich Kreis 1–12). Our certified team takes care of everything with expertise and premium parts, from minor adjustments to full servicing.

Choose what works best for you: drop off your bike at our workshop on Flüelastrasse 16, at MONoPOLE on Zollstrasse 117, or let us pick it up and deliver it back to you (free from CHF 150 Service value, Kreis 1-12).

Standard Service - The Essentials for Your Safety

Short and precise: we make sure your bike is safe and ready to ride. The focus is on safety-relevant checks such as brakes, tires, chain, and basic function controls. Adjustments are only made if your riding safety would otherwise be compromised. Cleaning or cosmetic work not related to safety is not included in this package.

This service is ideal if you primarily want your safety checked or need a quick, uncomplicated pre-race inspection. Also suitable for road, triathlon, or gravel bikes that simply need to roll safely without extras.

- Check and adjust brakes

Complete Service – Functionality & Comfort in Balance

For all our riders who cycle regularly and value smooth, reliable performance. In addition to the safety checks, we fine-tune shifting and brakes, professionally lubricate moving parts, true wheels if necessary, and carry out a thorough wet cleaning.

The goals is: more comfort, less noise, and more reliable shifting.

Premium Service – Your All-Inclusive Package

For everyone with the highest demands on performance and attention to detail: we go deeper into fine adjustments, check torque on critical points, run software diagnostics on e-bikes, inspect bearings and suspension elements, and give your bike comprehensive care including wet cleaning with protective coating.

Ideal for: frequent riders, athletes, and bikes that should be maintained at top level..

- Clean & lubricate thru-axle
- Clean & lubricate dropper post
Lighting & Software:

Frame & Components:
- Tighten cassette
- Visual inspection: frame & wheels
- Check & torque bolts
- Maintain & lubricate suspension components
Pedals:
- Replace missing pins on flat pedals (if standard)
- Lubricate pedal mechanisms (SPD / Look / Crankbrothers)
Special:
- Check & refill tubeless sealant (if applicable)
- Inspect derailleur clutch (if applicable)

We want to make the service process as simple, pleasant, and transparent as possible for you: minor repairs up to an additional 50 CHF are carried out automatically – without prior notice – to keep your service running smoothly. If you prefer otherwise, please let us know in advance!

If the required work goes beyond that, we’ll get in touch with you via our booking tool. This way, you decide whether we carry out the extra work immediately or postpone it.

We examine your bike down to the smallest detail and notify you through our digital tool if we find components that need closer inspection or replacement. You always decide what we do – full transparency, full control.
