Urban craft meets pro service — CycleLab is proud to announce a new partnership with Swiss e-bike manufactory ASFALT.
We’re now the authorised service partner in Zürich — offering professional maintenance, independent support in case of warranties and test-ride opportunities for ASFALT owners and curious riders alike.
Why this matters
ASFALT is a small, design-led e-bike manufactory from Solothurn that emphasises innovation, handcraft and regional production. Their current line-up — built, finished and shipped from Switzerland — is driven by a new 2025 frame platform and a modular configurator that lets riders custom-build their dream e-bike. ASFALT prides itself on premium components, neat integration and an exclusive design language.
At CycleLab we love that blend of craft and engineering — and we matched on the most important bit: respect for quality over quantity. That’s why we’ll handle ASFALT servicing in Zurich with manufacturer care and workshop-level expertise.

Manufacturer-accurate parts fitting and technical support (we coordinate with ASFALT when replacement parts or updates are needed).
Flexible logistics: Drop off at our Altstetten workshop or at MONoPOLE, or/and book our pickup & delivery service in Zürich (see booking page for covered areas and availability).
Test rides & Loaner fleet — try before you commit
We’re putting test rides and demo availability front and centre. CycleLab keeps a few ASFALT e-bikes as a demo/loaner fleet:
Demo rides: Drop in or book a short demo to experience ASFALT’s build quality, fit and ride feel. Our demo rides are ideal for quick urban loops or short commutes so you can judge comfort, handling and component integration first-hand.
Loaner bikes while yours is being serviced: If your bike is in for service, you can keep riding — we provide an ASFALT loaner on request (subject to availability).
How to book: Send an email for a demo or request a loaner directly in the service booking flow at www.cyclelab.cc. Demos and loaners are subject to availability, and advance request is recommended.

We inspect and run manufacturer-level services; if parts are required, we coordinate directly with ASFALT.
