That’s why we’re hosting one special evening with Tobias Renggli, a 22-year-old Swiss adventurer who proves that curiosity, courage, and a bike can take you just about anywhere.

The Best Croissant in Switzerland

While studying at ETH Zurich, Tobias found a way to mix adventure with a dash of humor (and pastry).

In the summer of 2024, he set off to find the best croissant in Switzerland — while also climbing the highest mountain of all 26 cantons by bike and on foot.

Three weeks, countless climbs, and a lot of dough later, the story turned into a 40-minute film produced with the Black Forest Collective – a project as inspiring as it is delicious.

Join us at CycleLab for these live evenings — real stories, raw adventure, and a reminder that every ride starts with a single pedal stroke.
