That’s why we’re hosting two special evenings with Tobias Renggli, a 22-year-old Swiss adventurer who proves that curiosity, courage, and a bike can take you just about anywhere.
Project 1: Across Europe – 44 Countries, 44 Summits
At just 18, Tobias set out to cross all 44 countries of Europe – visiting every capital city and climbing each nation’s highest peak.
In 204 days, he covered 36,000 kilometers, mostly alone, powered only by his legs and relentless determination.
From snowstorms to scorching heat, from mountain passes to nights under the stars, his journey was a lesson in resilience, freedom, and the simple joy of moving forward.
Project 2: The Best Croissant in Switzerland
While studying at ETH Zurich, Tobias found a way to mix adventure with a dash of humor (and pastry).
In the summer of 2024, he set off to find the best croissant in Switzerland — while also climbing the highest mountain of all 26 cantons by bike and on foot.
Three weeks, countless climbs, and a lot of dough later, the story turned into a 40-minute film produced with the Black Forest Collective – a project as inspiring as it is delicious.
