1 Year CycleLab: Grateful, Moving, and Just Getting Started

One year of CycleLab. One year full of bikes, new customers, strong partnerships, community moments, ups and downs, and a lot of learning.

In our first year, we welcomed 2,000 new customers and had the chance to work with great partners such as FLINC, MONoPOLE, Propain and Canyon. Together, we explored new ways to make bike service easier, simpler and more convenient — with our digital booking tool and our pick-up & delivery service bringing it closer to the people who ride.

We were part of CycleWeek, joined events like the Crit and Radquer Steinmaur, hosted rides, ran workshops throughout the winter and welcomed inspiring guests such as Tobias Renggli.

Not everything was easy. Building something new never is. There were long days, unexpected challenges, learnings, changes and plenty of moments where we had to adapt quickly.

But looking back, one thing stands out clearly: we are incredibly grateful to be here.

Grateful for every customer who trusted us with their bike.
Grateful for every partner who believed in our idea.
Grateful for every ride, workshop, conversation and recommendation.

CycleLab is still moving forward. With more know-how, more community, more service and the same belief as on day one:
